·        Natural crystals are formed after hundreds of millions of years through tempering in nature. It is unavoidable that there will be natural blemishes within the crystals. Therefore, we do not accept any return for this reason.  

·        All orders are subject to stock availability and confirmation of the order price. We will contact you via email if the product(s) is out of stock and further arrangement of such circumstances. No reservation is allowed (Including the items in your shopping baskets).
